What sparked your interest to Fosbury & Sons?

"I attended the Opening Night of our Boitsfort location, it was the most fun night with an amazing energy. I should have known I would end up working for F&S :) Honestly I would say I was most inspired by the elegance of Fosbury & Sons. Elegance is a word that is often trivialized, though it has a subtle power: it's gracefulness and stylishness with a natural simplicity and ingenuity to it. It's a presence you feel in the visual experience at Fosbury & Sons, but also in the corporate culture and communication."

What do you like about working at Fosbury & Sons?

"Fosbury & Sons is a hotel for companies and businesses, it's this synergy between business and hospitality which gives me energy. At the end of the day our mission is to create a kind and safe environment for members who come in every day and want to connect and be creative, this also triggers a positive & dynamic atmosphere with colleagues."

What does your working day look like?

"I start by checking my emails and make a day planning, followed by a building walk. I have meetings planned with the owner, partners or my colleagues from other locations. I work in the lobby most of the time, near the front desk where all the magic happens , so I try to pick up on things I hear, exchange with members, and be available for spontaneous walk-ins, this is all very valuable. At lunch I try to go running in the Sonian Forest once a week."

To who do you look up to the most in life?

"I look up to my parents, brother and best friends, they all have their personal challenges, small and larger, and the way they handle these are a daily motivation."

How would your friends or family describe you in three words?

"Thoughtful, rational and often late :)."

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

"Reading the newspaper with breakfast or on holiday on a terrace with a coffee makes me very happy."

"Georgia O'keeffe the artist, I was very inspired by her biography."
