Your role:
You are passionate about service and hospitality.
You’ll be responsible for the organization and the quality of the services and the space of the Fosbury & Sons location, with a main focus on hosting meetings & events.
Your mission:
Events:
Ensuring outstanding customer service and work environment
Preparing and ensuring state of the art room setups
Hosting and coordinating our guest's gatherings
Support the Events Lead with the coordination of events and the local program
Build relationships with members and organise regular events and actions to create a community feeling
Think out of the box to create state of the art hospitality environment
Organize public events in line with our branding: set up partnerships etc.
Communication:
Invigorate website and keep it updated
Create content ideas for socials & website for different communication channels
Create & send out newsletters with our different services in mid
What We Expect
You’re fluent in French and English, both oral and written. Dutch is definitely a plus
You have strong communication skills
You’re a natural people person, driven by customer satisfaction;
You’re caring, and don’t need any prompting to work;
You’re ace at on-the-spot problem-solving, are hands-on and can devise and realize solutions quickly;
You have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
You value lifestyle, design, art and culture,
You have a creative mindset and can think out of the box
You are a teamplayer and can work independently
