Your role:

You are passionate about service, hospitality and you love to be creative.

On the one hand, you will be involved with the hosting & managing of events from our guests; ensuring a high-quality service and experience for those visiting Fosbury & Sons. For this, you will work together with Joy, our Events officer.

On the other hand, you will work together with Elise, our operations & community officer. You will be involved in our in-house community of members; enabling a new way of work focused on synergy, inspiration & joie de vivre.

Your mission:

Events

• Preparing and ensuring state of the art meeting-room setups

• Hosting and coordinating our guest's gatherings with our events officer

• Supporting the events officer with the coordination of events and the local program

• Manage clients demands with a smile, before and during their events

• Be the person of contact for our clients hosting events with us

• Welcome new co-working members

• Ensure a high-end experience in the open spaces through building walks

• Think out of the box to create a state of the art hospitality environment

• Be creative in the organization of our in-house events in line with our branding. This can include setting up new partnerships, pitching new ideas, etc.

What We Expect

• You’re fluent in French and English, both oral and written. Dutch is definitely a plus

• You have strong communication skills

• You’re a natural people person, driven by customer satisfaction

• You’re caring, and don’t need any prompting to work

• You’re ace at on-the-spot problem-solving, are hands-on and can devise and realize solutions quickly

• You have the ability to work efficiently

• You value lifestyle, design, art and culture

• You have a creative mindset and can think out of the box
