It’s a conclusion we draw when speaking to Annelies Grietens, one of the Country Managers at Efteling. She’s responsible for the sales regarding the Belgian and French markets, but she also made it happen for her department move to our Harmony building after spotting Fosbury & Sons on Instagram.

“We’ve been here since the first of May 2017, on the first floor, close to the Ligne Roset Togo sofas”, says Annelies.

With her team of 5 marketeers, they relish their cozy spot, also conveniently located near the peaceful daybed. It’s a far cry from their former office. “We used to be located in a small office in the centre of Antwerp, right across from the KBC Tower. Whenever we visited the headquarters at Efteling, we were a bit envious!”

What they wanted was a workspace that could be just as inspiring as the fairytale setting of Efteling, a Flemish theme park in the south of The Netherlands. “What we also found important, was the level of service. With such a small office, we didn’t want to have to take care of all the practicalities.”

Annelies and her team are glad that they no longer need to traverse the country to meet clients, and the clients themselves are delighted to be received here. “It’s a weight off our shoulders in terms of facilities, and even though we are less centrally located than before, we’re in front of a peaceful park and we’ve had the benefit of discovering a whole new and vibrant neighbourhood.”
