What's in the neighborhood?
Let's take a walk in the neighborhood! Fosbury & Sons Albert is ideally situated between Rogier Square and North station. This location is benefitting from the new dynamic in the area as well as the close proximity of the city centre. An upcoming neighborhood to keep an eye on.
Most people will know Botanique as a concert venue, but the public park of the same name is worth checking out as well. It is especially beautiful when Spring comes to Brussels and the blossoms paint the park pink, but all year round it is a nice place to take a break from the hustle and bustle from city life. According to Victor Hugo, this is even one of the two World Wonders that Brussels holds.

These days Flamingo have given locals and visitors another reason to frequent visit this part of Brussels. The interior has the familiar industrial touch – a long counter, interesting choice of beers and cocktails and some snacks and soups to go with. On the upside, it offers breakfast as well as an affordable brunch menu – always a plus for all you brunch lovers out there.

Very nice food and a lovely view over the Rogier place. Take the breakfast smoothie for a perfect morning to kick-off your day. This place is really cosy and quiet to have a break in your working routine.

Tour & Taxis is becoming a reinvented neighborhood with residences, culture, offices and public services all in one, creating a positive alternative for people looking for new experiences. The Sheds welcome different major events including antique and art fairs. With eateries, bars and activities on the site, there’s something to suit everyone’s taste. A must visit is the Gare Maritime, it's next door neighbor.
