About Xavier Van Campenhout

Xavier Van Campenhout isn’t just a member at Fosbury & Sons, he’s part of our story. As one of the very first people to join our community, he’s seen it grow and evolve, all while continuing to shape an impressive career of his own.

Xavier’s professional journey began in finance, starting as an analyst before moving into investment. Over the years, his work has taken him across the globe, from London to New York and many places in between. He’s been part of building and co-creating major companies, navigating the fast-paced, high-stakes world of international business.

But what truly defines Xavier isn’t just the roles he’s held, it’s the way he approaches them. Whether in finance or now as a mentor, his greatest passion has always been the same: supporting people. Today, he devotes his time to advising young entrepreneurs who are taking their first steps into the world of business, offering the kind of guidance only years of global experience can provide.
