Giorgio Apéro at home: Cocktail recipes
"One of the classics which is great for either before, during or after the meal."
Negroni, the choice of Robin, our Clan Lead The Netherlands:
30ml of Campari
30ml of Bombay Sapphire dry gin
30ml of Martini red vermouth (riserva speciale rubino if you can)
Stir over ice for 10 seconds, add fresh cubes and add a slice of orange zest, cheers!

The Espresso Martini of our Business Developer, Nicolas:
You need a Martini glass + shaker.
Add in the shaker:
1,5cc kahlua (= Coffee liquor)
1,5cc liquid cane sugar
Lots of Ice cubes.
SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE - a bit longer
Serve in the glass without the ice cubes and decorate with three coffee beans!

Old Fashioned, the choice of Esger, our Sales Manager:
1 sugar cube (or 1 bar spoon simple syrup)
2 dashes Angostura bitter
2 cc rye or bourbon
1 Orange twist
1 Maraschino cherry
Muddle the sugar cube and bitters with one bar spoon of water at the bottom of a chilled rocks glass. (If using simple syrup, combine bitters and one bar spoon of syrup.) Add rye or bourbon. Stir.
Add one large ice cube, or three or four smaller cubes. Stir until chilled and properly diluted, about 30 seconds. Slip orange twist on the side of the cube.

Vodka Watermelon by our Events Lead, Julie:
Ingredients for 4 glasses:
½ fresh watermelon
1 teaspoon agave sirup
Juice of 2 limes
Step 1: In your blender, mix the watermelon flesh together with agave sirup, lime juice and ice cubes.
Step 2: Pour 5cl Vodka in each glass and add the fresh watermelon juice.

Pisco Sour by our Events Lead, Laura:
Ingredients for 1 person:
6 cl Pisco
4 cl fresh lemonjuice
2 cl sugar sirop
1 egg white
6 Ice cubes
2 dashes of Chuncho bitters or Angostura Bitters
Step 1: Put the Pisco, sugar water, lime juice, bitters and egg white in a mixing glass. This cocktail is shredded dry, without ice. Put the ingredients together with the spiral of the strainer in the shaker and shake long and vigorously.
Step 2: Open the shaker, add ice cubes and shake vigorously again. Remove the ice from the pre-cooled glass and pour the Pisco Sour into the glass via a strainer.
