Follow up closely the launching of new Fosbury & Sons locations within your area, setting the highest standards regarding quality and hospitality;
Emerge as a true business leader, setting the tone for the teams and strive for high quality performances;
Optimize operational efficiency at local level and serve as point of contact for all
operational procedures communicated from HQ;
Be responsible for building and mentoring local teams aligned to the corporate strategy, for setting goals and realizing all (sales) objectives;
Collaborate with the global expansion team, ensuring the alignment between the global and local teams;
Report monthly to HQ about the status of the different locations;
Take an active role in collecting market intelligence, identifying market trends and
finding new commercial opportunities;
Manage the regional P&L, pricing, margins and budgets, reassuring a close follow up;
Deal with feedback of members, customers and other stakeholders, and use it
as an incentive to improve our services;
Build long term relationships with members, partners and suppliers on a local level,
using your natural sales skills.
Note: As you will be working in a small team, backing each other up is key. The job content can slightly differ from time to time due to (periodic) changes and the ever-evolving environmental requirements. These changes/adjustments will be discussed in advance with the local team and the job holder.
You live in Amsterdam or close by.
You have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in managing teams.
You’re a natural people person, driven by customer satisfaction.
You radiate maturity and professionalism.
You’re hands-on, and can devise and realize solutions.
You value lifestyle, design, art, culture, and fashion.
You’re fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
