Customer Relations &
Manage the membership sales process and think about exclusive membership benefits;
Track walk-ins, schedule tours and handle all sales related mails as a true wizard;
Keep up with and optimize the in-house operating and invoicing system;
Support the Events Lead with the organization of the monthly event program for all members;
Take the lead in the communication towards all members, as you are the central point of contact;
Work closely together with the local Fosbury team and the maintenance team in order to achieve an excellent hospitality level;
Coordinate all member move-ins and move-outs,
Taking also the admin side into account;
Proactively look for sales & partnership opportunities,
As you are keen to reach your occupancy objectives.
Note: As you will be working in a small team, backing each other up is key. The job content can slightly differ from time to time due to (periodic) changes and the ever-evolving environmental requirements. These changes/adjustments will be discussed in advance with the local team and the job holder.
You live in Amsterdam or close by.
You’re a natural people person who can enthuse others.
Your commercial mind-set comes from within.
Experience in the hotel, restaurant, event, or hospitality industry, as that's where our heroes work.
