Fosbury & Sons is an antidote to the office of the past. We've created a human workspace, a place that feels like home where people can collaborate, celebrate and learn from one another.
From a private office for a complete team to a flexible membership; we offer a wide range of solutions adapted to the needs of both large and small companies.
Alongside workspace, we offer bespoke meeting rooms, event venues as well as an in-house restaurant.
The first Fosbury and Sons location opened in Antwerp (Belgium) at the end of 2016, and we have been expanding in Brussels, Amsterdam and Valencia ever since.
Your primary focus will be on revenue generation by selling workspace memberships.
You are the master of occupancy and member satisfaction, and help to devise and organize the member program.
This means more specifically that you will:
manage the membership sales process and think about exclusive membership benefits;
track walk-ins, schedule tours and handle all sales related mails as a true wizard;
keep up with and optimize the in-house operating and invoicing system;
take the lead in the communication towards all potential new members
as you are the first point of contact;
proactively look for sales & partnership opportunities by going to networking events
as you are keen to reach your occupancy objectives.
You love prospecting and cold calling gives you energy, more specifically;
70% Hard selling: Prospection, cold calling, presence in networking events & relationship building (e.g. real estate agents, entrepreneurs, event agencies and other strategic stakeholders)
30% Soft selling: Follow-up of incoming leads generated through digital marketing, conduct visits with leads, identify cross and upsell opportunities.
Note: As you will be working in a small team, backing each other up is key. The job content can slightly differ from time to time due to (periodic) changes and the ever-evolving environmental requirements. These changes/adjustments will be discussed in advance with the local team and the job holder.
You have a highly developed commercial instinct, you like to think strategically in developing your new business and are on fire when it comes to closing a deal.
You know how to reach your targets with energy, creativity and dedication.
Experience in the real estate sector in Brussels is a big advantage.
Working with the newest IT applications excites you.
You radiate maturity and professionalism.
You’re hands-on, and can devise and realize solutions.
You’re fluent in French, Dutch and English. That is a must.
You value lifestyle, design, art, culture, and fashion.
You can identify yourself with the values of Fosbury & Sons:
we are all human beings
we work together
in an elegant way
with a certain joie de vivre
Reading all of this makes you smile, leap up and dance.
Oh, and last but not least, your friends might joke about your OCD tendencies, but we’ll more than appreciate them.
