
Your mission
Ensure a smooth internal, administrative flow by keeping
track of all progress statements, reports & reviews;
Responsible for the after sales by processing outgoing invoices;
Maintain an accurate customer database by collecting, organizing and filing sales orders, more specifically,
Collect and archive all contracts and important documents related to
the location in the correct folders/directory structure;
Ensure an accurate follow up of outstanding sales invoices;
Communicate with customers and try your hand at a range of languages:
oui, si, nein, mevrouw, monsieur;
Prospect information and process the CRM system;
Update sales figures;
Prepare and present reports;
Note: As you will be working in a small team, backing each other up is key. The job content can slightly differ from time to time due to (periodic) changes and the ever-evolving environmental requirements. These changes/adjustments will be discussed in advance with the local team and the job holder.
What We Expect
You have ideally a first working experience in administration and management;
You know how to tackle an extensive Excel-file;
You are highly organized and punctual, and able to build strong business relationships with both customers and colleagues,
You radiate maturity and professionalism,
and you are a smart communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills;
You have a hands-on mentality and you have an appetite for getting things done;
You have a positive attitude;
You’re fluent in Dutch and English;
