Your role
You will support our local team with the meetings & events on location, starting from September.
The main part of your internship contains the hosting & managing of events on location; ensuring a high-quality service and experience for those visiting Fosbury & Sons. For this, you will work together with our team and catering partner at the location.

As you will be working in a small team of 4, backing each other up is key. We will appreciate your operational help in our co-working community as well!

Your mission

• Ensure a warm contact with guests of the meeting and event spaces;

• Offer a high-quality service to our guests during events & meetings (day and evening);

• Continuously work on improving service standards;

• Offer support in the set-up and wrap-up of office and event spaces and ensure that these look impeccable at all times;

• Cooperate with the Meeting & Events Officer and our partners during events;

• Having a hands-on approach to keep the Fosbury space tidy and neat on a daily basis

• Learn how to communicate with all partners involved in organising an event

• Making quotes and offers to suit the clients needs

• Customer relationship management
