Your role
You will support our small team of 4, by managing the front desk; the beating heart of our community. You will be with us minimum 2, ideally 3, days a week.

Your mission

• Ensure that members and visitors get the best possible welcome during the opening hours, as you aim to achieve a high hospitality level;

• Make energetic small talks and try your hand at a range of languages: oui, si, nein, mevrouw, monsieur;

• Answer questions of our members and guide walk-in guests towards your customer relations colleague with a commercial flair;

• Take care of the incoming mail and packages, and other various admin affairs;

• Dispatch & handle incoming requests and reservations for the meeting rooms;

• Make sure that the meeting rooms look flawless before the guests arrive, as you want them to have a perfect customer journey;

• Follow up with your team for preparing the move-ins & outs of new members f.e. preparing the access badges, keys;

What we expect

• You're fluent in French, Dutch and English, both oral and written.

• A bachelor degree and/or experience in the hospitality, hotel or event sector.

• You have strong communication skills.

• You’re a natural people person, driven by customer satisfaction.

• You’re caring, and don’t need any prompting to work.

• You’re ace at on-the-spot problem-solving, are hands-on and can devise and realize solutions quickly.

• You have the ability to work efficiently.

• You value lifestyle, design, art and culture.

• You are a team player and can work independently.
