Digital Breakfast with Ivan Cols: The Post-Covid Work Environment
Every first Tuesday of the month, F&S and Digitag will disrupt your daily work morning routine! Join us and start the day with great coffee, healthy brain-food and crusty digital knowledge.
For this online breakfast webinar, F&S and Digitag are pleased to invite Ivan Cols for a talk about how the post-Covid work environment will look like.
Some organizations have quickly adapted to the lock-down measures : they have moved into virtual mode, redefined their priorities, reorganized their teams, implemented new ways of collaborating... in short: they have managed to maintain the quality of their services. Others however – two-thirds in our experience – have been caught off guard: employees feel lost, teams are disoriented and working relationships/processes are deeply disrupted.
What are the characteristics of the former? What lessons can they teach us?
Drawing on these best practices, Ivan Cols (Workplace Strategist) will outline our future working environment through three major evolutions: the end of the open space, the birth of autonomous teams and teleworking as a strategic tool. With a common denominator: digitalisation.
