As a Sales Lead you are responsible for the commercial development of Fosbury & Sons and the daily contact with the location managers and hospitality officers of the Fosbury & Sons locations;
Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that our existing and new members get the best possible workspace. You will follow up on the commercial leads for our serviced suites;
You actively look for new members for the co-working spaces and suites and you support the location managers for optimal commercialization and organization of meetings and events;
You will continuously work on improving service standards;
You report directly to our CCO;
You are the inspiration and ambassador of the Fosbury & Sons' culture.
A degree in office management and/or some experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
By nature, you’re caring, and don’t need any prompting to work.
You’re ace at on-the-spot problem-solving.
You’re mature and professional, great at making small talk, and not afraid to try your hand at a range of languages: oui, ja, yes, mevrouw, monsieur. Dutch/ English/ French; you speak them all.
You like working with precision, and value lifestyle, design, art, culture, and fashion.
Oh, and last but not least, your friends might joke about your OCD tendencies, but we’ll more than appreciate them.
