Open Kitchen Cooking Class with Ghina Bazzi

On Sunday 3rd of May F&S and Ghina Bazzi are organizing a Live Streaming cooking class where you’ll learn how to make a few Lebanese dishes such as dips to serve at any kind of (homey) occasion.

Ghina Bazzi was our starring chef at the last Open Kitchen edition in February at F&S Harmony where she spoiled our guests with a delicious French-Lebanese inspired dinner.

What's cooking?

A Fatoush salad: chunky and rich levantine salad originating north of Lebanon with mint, pomegranate, tomatoes, cucumber / toasted or fried flat bread and tangy dressing

Shish taouk: a traditional marinated chicken shish kebab of Middle Eastern cuisine; marinated chicken with cinnamon, tomato paste, lemon and garlic

Mouhalabieh: a soft creamy dessert with orange blossom water and pistacchio
