We are delighted to introduce you to 'Open Kitchen', a new concept about great food & great people. We invite a talented chef for a cosy dinner in our lobby. Join us for a true gastronomic experience with a unique signature menu.

For this first edition we invite, ELLIOTT VAN DE VELDE

This self-taught chef is first and foremost a visionary and a creative. Founder of his own catering company - -, he is developing tailormade culinary experiences recognized by many, for private and large scale customers. Right hand of many Michelin starred Chefs, he also occasionally gathers these chefs around 'food waste & sustainability' social projects. He is using his skills and passion for 'Zero Waste' to bring a real conscious added value to his creations. His cooking signature is evolving around a contemporary & novel approach to catering while bringing a sustainable and innovative touch to your projects.


7-course menu, including welcome drink and wine - € 85 pp

Elliott created a signature menu inspired by the location of Fosbury & Sons Boitsfort.

Every dish tells a story, has an Asian touch referring to the Japanese interior design of Boitsfort, and translates the Fosbury & Sons' values:
