Ready for the 2nd edition of the successful botanical cocktail workshop at F&S Albert?
On Monday the 24th of February F&S Albert and humus x hortense are organizing a botanical workshop where you’ll learn how to make three alcoholic & one non-alcoholic cocktails.
Since 2017, Humus x Hortense has built up an enormous expertise in botanical, zero waste and sustainable cocktails.
The cocktails are cuisine-inspired, consisting of the unused kitchen leftovers such as herbs, wild plants and vegetables.
Therefore the name zero-waste, in which kitchen and cocktail bar are fully circular in the fight against food waste.
Sustainability also translates into 100% organic farm-to-cocktail ingredients and artisan spirits.
The interaction between kitchen and cocktail bar is expressed in kitchen techniques such as (lacto-) fermentations for the cocktails.
