Botanical cocktail workshop

Do you want to learn how to make delicious cocktails for Christmas and New Year's Eve?

Then this is something for you!

On Monday the 16th of December F&S Albert and Humus x Hortense are organizing a botanical workshop where you’ll learn how to make three alcoholic & one non-alcoholic cocktails.

Since 2017, Humus x Hortense has built up an enormous expertise in botanical, zero waste and sustainable cocktails.
The cocktails are cuisine-inspired, consisting of the unused kitchen leftovers such as herbs, wild plants and vegetables.
Therefore the name zero-waste, in which kitchen and cocktail bar are fully circular in the fight against food waste.

Sustainability also translates into 100% organic farm-to-cocktail ingredients and artisan spirits.
The interaction between kitchen and cocktail bar is expressed in kitchen techniques such as (lacto-) fermentations for the cocktails.
